Candidatul ideal

You will need to bring:

Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
3-5 years’ experience of deploy system test and lead testing team
ISEB/ISTQB software testing qualifications would be an advantage
Core Network knowledge CS : MSC, MGW, HLR, HSS, STP, SBC
Core Network knowledge IMS : CSCF, SBC, AS, DNS, ENUM, VOLTE, VO WIFI
Understanding of Mobile Networks 2G/3G/4G
SS7 protocol stack and troubleshooting


As experience, minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience of working on Ericsson Core Products and Solutions. Must have excellent communication skills, and an ability to provide to customer targeted main SLA KPIs.

What will you do?

This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the one offered by the 1st Level Operations for Core CS domain (MSS, HLR, HSS, MGW, SBG, IMS) . This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.


Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:

Ensure 2nd Level Incident Management
Ensure preventive maintenance and performance management
Assist with Problem Management
On regular base covering the 7x24 Call-out responsibility
