About the role: You are an inspiring 3D Artist who strives to lead the development of your team and who simply loves helping others grow. Role responsibilities: Create high-quality characters and character-related 3D assets in a realistic/photorealistic artstyle for AAA games.   Adapt to various art directions and different project styles. Find creative and original ideas to improve workflows.   Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude.  Organize project tasks and ensure your team keeps to the production schedule.   QA: make sure that everyone in your team matches the required project quality.  Communicate with the client’s operational team regarding all production phases for your team’s assets.  Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in game industry.  Strong knowledge of artistic anatomy.  Proficiency in 3D modelling software (Maya, 3DS Max or Blender), advanced knowledge of Zbrush, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter, Photoshop.  In-depth knowledge of game-art photorealism, game-ready geometry optimization, hard-surface modeling, PBR texturing.  Knowledge of modern game-art creation technologies and tools.  Strong leadership skills and basic project management skills.
