YOUR TASKS:

• Manage the current customer portfolio: In this position, you will be the key person managing the current customer portfolio to continue the existing business and provide daily service (order pick-up, delivery coordination, follow-up).
• Monitor sales markets and competitors: Continuously monitor sales markets and competitors to identify technological innovations and expected market trends.
• Develop customer relationships: Build personal relationships and develop the customer portfolio with new, high-potential clients.
• Understand customer needs: As a professional business partner, you will understand customers’ needs at different levels, from top management to end-users.
• Leverage our experience: With over 160 years of experience, you will understand our customers' technologies and grinding processes to provide high-quality, tailor-made solutions.
• Collaborate with partners: Cooperate with our external dealer and converter partners, as well as our in-house international team in logistics, product management, and production.
