Location : Bucharest (Hybrid) Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM Job Description : We are seeking a motivated Account Manager fluent in Dutch to join our team in Bucharest. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships. This position follows a hybrid work model, offering a mix of remote and in-office work. Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong relationships with Dutch-speaking clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing issues promptly and effectively. Understand clients' needs and offer customized solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Monitor client account performance and provide regular updates and insights. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to drive growth. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and account reviews to clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company and client goals. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with strategic advice. Requirements : Native-level fluency in Dutch (written and spoken). Proficiency in English . Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
