​This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and customer retention for our SME portfolio. By leveraging digital tools to enhance account management and sales processes, you’ll ensure we meet and exceed our sales quotas across our Voice & Network product portfolio.
You’ll be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders, protecting existing revenue streams by reducing churn and managing renewals effectively. Identifying new sales opportunities within the portfolio will further contribute to our growth, while your ability to generate leads for other sales teams will support broader organizational success.
In short, this role is critical to strengthening our customer base, achieving our business objectives, and maintaining our market leadership.

What you will do

•Prospect and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
