Ideally you are meeting following hiring criteria:

Accounting & Finance or Business graduate, with 3-5 years of experience in local and international accounting;
Excellent computer knowledge (especially Excel). Experience with using accounting software such as Dynamics or SAP would be considered an advantage
Good communication skills on English - both spoken and written;
Organized and pro-active attitude

About the role

As an Accountant, you will be responsible to provide efficient and top quality service to one of our largest clients – Intervet Romania, the animal health division of the American pharma group MSD (Merck Sharp & Dohme). You will work in accordance with local Accounting and Tax legislation and in line with internal clients’ regulations, as well in compliance with all internal procedures and standards.
The working model in this role is hybrid one, with 1-2 days a week of working at the office.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the recording accounting notes and checking SAP records
Responsible for the accurate preparation of statutory declarations
Reporting to the group with validation from the local Accounting Lead
Collaboration with junior team members and various local or group departments
