We are looking to grow our team located in Romania with two more professionals, an ambitious tax person or willing to learn and interested in this area and an accountant who can provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
Our ideal candidates must be able to hit the ground running, work within an international environment, and take initiative when needed.
Form of organization: independent contractor (PFA).

Description of activities:

• US Tax and bookkeeping activities;
• Job field of activity: real estate and personal finances for US entities and individuals.
• Train on the specific softwares: Turbotax for taxes and Quickbooks Online for bookkeeping activities;
• Prepare US tax returns;
• Maintain daily accounts. Post and process journal entries to ensure business transactions are recorded.
• Track and monitor accounts receivable;
• Issue and prepare invoices;
• Track and monitor accounts payable;
• Perform reconciliations;
• Perform monthly/quarterly/annual closings, processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements;
• Provide monthly reports and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders as requested;
• As needed, assist with other accounting/finance projects;
