The candidate will beresponsible for handling records, preparing financial documents, ensuringcompliance with accounting principles and regulations, and providing accurateinformation to support processes.What are my responsibilities?The person is responsible for consolidation, analysis,control, reporting (monthly, semi-annual, and annual), and efficient managementof financial matters related to the department and the business segment orongoing assigned projects. Prepares and verifies monthly balances according to localaccounting standards. Provides support in creating corresponding accounts RASvs IFRS.Direct collaboration and support for the Global BusinessServices teams in the Czech Republic, ensuring the accuracy of records inaccordance with local and Siemens AG Group accounting.Prepares revenue and expense budgets for Central Departmentsand constantly monitors adherence to the established budget. Verifies recordsand documentation for created provisions.Analyzes from a commercial perspective the contracts managedby the Central Departments and ensures their compliance.Prepares reports for the organization’s management or the“CF” department. Analyzes and evaluates assets and liabilities. Verifies andcontributes to relevant analyses for the annual financial report.Analyzes records within orders and projects in accordancewith local accounting. Prepares the orders and projects report for thefinancial audit.Provides quality services/assistance to divisions andinternal clients in an efficient manner. Keeps up with changes in internalguidelines and external accounting standards and trains the internal clientaccordingly.What do I need to qualify for this job?Min. 5 years’ experience in accounting/controlling with abig corporation.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a relatedfield.Required experience with SAP, min. 5 yearsProven understanding of RAS, IFRS.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonalskills.
