About the Role:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to consistently grow revenues and expand business opportunities. This pivotal role focuses on nurturing client relationships, enhancing Wellington’s reputation, and driving long-term distinctiveness and growth within our local and international accounts.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 2-5+ years as an Account Manager with a proven track record of success.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Proven Performance: Demonstrated high performer with a history of success in previous roles.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Romanian and English.
Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical Skills: Strong data collection and analysis abilities to inform decision-making.
Passion for Wellbeing: Enthusiasm for health and wellness initiatives.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and conflict management capabilities.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Promote and Sell: Champion the company’s services and products to maximize sales.
Consultancy Services: Provide expert consultancy to companies, helping them implement tailored corporate wellness programs that meet the unique needs of their employees.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate effectively with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and success.
Achieve Revenue Objectives: Meet and exceed the revenue goals of the department while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Understand Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of clients’ economic drivers, strategic business objectives, technical requirements, market positions, opportunities, and challenges.
Identify Business Opportunities: Explore new business development directions and identify emerging trends that can benefit the company.
Project Monitoring: Oversee project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed and deliver exceptional results.
Client Database Management: Continuously update and maintain an accurate client database to support ongoing business activities.
