What will you do 

• Must ensure the timely and accurate performance of all activities in accordance with compliance, internal control, performance, and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements and company policies

• Work on received emails and route invoices for validation according to the DTP

• Ensure the coding and entering of invoices after the necessary approvals have been acquired

• Handle emails and calls from business units and vendors

• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met

• Maintain the relationship with customers and the Accounting Business Partner by participating in regular calls and contributing towards improvement initiatives

How do you know you are the right fit 

• Education/ Training: High School or University Degree (Economic studies represent an advantage)

• Professional experience:

  • Strong knowledge of principles, practices, regulations and procedures, preferably related to the German market

  • SAP; MS Office

• Languages:

  • English (mandatory)

  • German (preferred)

• Other: Possesses a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
