Accounts Payable

• You will check the formal correctness of invoices according to the German VAT regulation and internal controls;
• You will carry out general ledger account assignments for finance invoices;
• You will post the invoices in SAP, and you will verify factual account assignment;
• You will create the debit notes/credit notes;
• You will offer support in operational day-to-day business, including obtaining invoice approvals;
• You will check and, if necessary, add master data (e.g. bank data, etc.);
• You will check and process documents in digitized form using scanning software;

Order Management:

• Create projects and orders using SAP CRM and SD;
• Monitor the timely time recording on projects as well as all billing-relevant information;
• Support monthly contract or performance-related invoicing of projects;
• Serve as the central contact point for consulting services within the operational processing of orders;
• Prepare special evaluations and reports;
• Participate in the monthly and year-end closing process;
• Promote the continuous improvement process within the division and participate in internal projects;
