We are inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable (AR) Senior Process Associate – French- Hybrid – Romania Responsibilities• Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment• Cash management support, remittance advices request and submission to cash applier• Collect receivables from customers• emailing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests • Reconcile payments to clean customer and our books from erroneous payment allocations, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund• Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution• Inbound & outbound calling • Provide payment plans basis customer requirementQualificationsMinimum qualifications• Business Communication• Proven experience!• Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making skills• Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills• French language C1 level, English level min. B2• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilitiesPreferred qualifications• Good customer handling skills• High Energy level• Good knowledge of Excel
