Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and issuing invoices
Managing and organizing business documentation
Assisting in office coordination and record-keeping
Handling general administrative duties as needed to support the team
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Proficiency in Romanian and English is required
Knowledge of Serbian/Croatian is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
