Generation of Sales offer. Provide correct formal offer within maximum 2 working hours after receiving notification from sales staff.
Generation ︁︀︂︃︃︉︆︆︄of sales invoices/aviz. After receiving payment from customers, generate invoices in maximum 1 working hour, send them to sales staff.
Organization of financial documents. Organize each company's financial information and goods import information according to accounting requirements every month, submit them to the accountant.
Declaration of green tax. Correctly calculate and submit green taxes for each company,each product every month before 25th.
Goods import customs clearance/export declaration. Customs clearance information must be submitted to the cooperative customs clearance company one week before the goods arrive at the port. And follow up on the subsequent customs clearance progress and cargo transportation.
Cargo transportation. Arrange vehicles/courier companies to deliver goods to customers in a timely manner after customer payment.
Generation of UIT code. Contact the transportation company, obtain information, and generate UIT codes in a timely manner.
Company stock management. The stock of each warehouse should be updated every Monday.
Sales contract writing. Prepare a sales contract based on the salesperson and offer information, and review it with a lawyer.
Payment terms record. Timely record the customers with payment due dates, the amount owed and the due date of payment.
Organize internal company contract documents.
Obtain company operating regulations. Keep in touch with lawyers and accountants to obtain timely rules for convenient business operations of Romanian/EU companies.
Recruitment. Post recruitment information on the company platform. Organize at least 4-5 interviews per month.
HR management. Manage employee files, entry and exit documents.
