- Deliver back-office specific service products according to HR process catalogue
- Independently perform general personnel administration supporting tasks
- Create and define work instructions and operational documentation for HR processes
- Adherence to working instructions, Service Level Agreement and quality standards, other operational documentation
- Maintain request management system and back-end systems (SAP/Time management systems/Ticketing system) according to the work instructions and defined process
- Answering effectively to customer inquiries in the area of personnel administration master data and document management, organizational management, generating various documents and certificates
- Answering and dispatching customer requests
