Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon (including product descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing).
- Analyse and monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Handle inventory optimization, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and enhancing ratings and reviews.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts and overstock.
- Handle customer service inquiries, reviews, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and algorithm changes to ensure compliance.
- Troubleshoot account issues and resolve them proactively.
- Work closely with other departments (accounting, supply chain, etc.) to ensure a seamless Amazon operation.Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Amazon Seller / Amazon Specialist or similar role in eCommerce.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and the tools used to manage listings, PPC, and sales performance.
- Experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) processes.
- Familiarity with Amazon SEO techniques and best practices for optimizing product listings.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of Amazon’s policies and best practices.
- Very good level of English.
