Our main goal is to fight poverty and pollution in the entire world through various projects, realized by the Federation Humana People to People from which we are part.
We are now looking for an experienced and devoted fashion professional who can oversee our operations in the designated area .

You are our person if:

• You have more than 5 years retail experience and a sound interest in the field of fashion
• You have managed a team of more than 5 people, based in different locations within a designed area
• You have experience in visual merchandising, preferably in an international chain
• You speak English - conversational level (at least :) )
• You have strong knowledge of Microsoft office package, mainly word and excel.
• You have experience in preparing and reading budgets and KPIs
• You are communicative person with sound interpersonal skills
• You are natural leader and change agent

Your main duties will be:

• To secure the achievement of the commercial targets, by keeping costs within the assigned budget frames and by respecting the company concept
• To ensure that all shops are well organized and providing pleasant atmosphere and special customer experience to each client
• To manage properly the supplies and transportation in order to maximize the effectiveness and to minimize losses
• Develop and implement the marketing strategy in the assigned area aiming at developing the client base and maximizing profit
• Train, evaluate and manage the everyday activities of the teams in the shops
• Be ready to work with your colleagues within the area, while you will be their example (be an hands on);
• Secure that all internal regulations and rules are respected
• Prepare and motivate the yearly budget and prepare reports on quarterly basis
• Prepare all report related to the job activity;
• Perform inventory and shops checking according to the schedule;
• Participate to all meeting within the country and outside the country.
• Involved in developing the area.
