Candidatul ideal

Education: Higher education
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; Knowledge of the local market and business trends, as well as key players; Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales;
Languages: fluent English level is a plus;
Availability for travel: minimum 75% of working time, driving licence cat. B
Planning and organization skills
PC literacy: Microsoft Office
Personal profile: Very good communication and negotiation skills; Organizational skills, initiative, flexibility; Dynamic, energetic and result-oriented person, Sense of ethics and professional integrity.

PURPOSE
Promoting win-win relationships with the customers in the assigned area, identifying business opportunities and developing the company position in the market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and negotiate new collaborations in the South East part of Romania (Bucuresti, Prahova, Dambovita, Buzau, Ialomita, Calarasi, Constanta si Tulcea.), as well as maintaining and developing existing ones;
Constantly manage customer relationship, acting directly with the objective of solving any issues that may arise;
Developing the relationship with current clients through working visits to their premises;
Active participation in the planning and implementation of the sales strategy;
Reports market information regarding competitors' behaviours, prices, new products, clients' reliability;
Implements sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives;
Systematically verifies sales progress and proposes the most appropriate corrective measures
Promotion and implementation of commercial campaigns;
