Your responsibilities

• You will oversee the implementation of central visual merchandising guidelines in your assigned district(Central Romania), ensuring a consistent and attractive image in all stores.
• You will report to the Visual Experience Coordinator and provide feedback about the district.
• You will be the first contact person for Visual Experience (VE) tasks for all stores in your district.
• You will be responsible for coaching, conducting trainings and workshops to ensure VM standards are met.
• You will plan and support the execution of all commercial campaigns to promote new product launches inan appealing and eye-catching manner for all customers.
• You will regularly visit stores, traveling on a weekly basis within your district.
• You will play a leading role in supporting stores before, during, and after openings (kick-off meetings, layoutof store plans) for each new opening and refurbishment in your district.
• You will monitor competitors in the VE area and inform your colleagues.
• You will participate in national/international meetings and workshops.
• You will take commercial responsibility for creating sales and conversion rate analyses on the store level anddefining action plans accordingly.
