How will you help us:

• Coordinating the synchronization activities for packaging during routine changes, product launches, and site-to-site transfers
• Maintaining and compiling GMP documentation for printed packaging components
• Resolving queries (open issues) / requests from graphic agencies, printers, marketing division, regulatory teams, and supply chain
• Managing deadlines and ensuring the highest standards of quality
• Ensuring that all PM AW are available when needed and ordering additional materials as necessary
• Organizing and maintaining databases for AW or other graphic-related reference materials
• Reviewing packaging materials created by designers to ensure they comply with the organization/company rules
• Aligning with designers and other staff members to determine the best way to display graphic works, whether they will be printed materials

The skills you need:

• Higher Education
• English (Advanced Level)
• 5 years in activities relevant to the development of graphic solutions and 1 year of experience in coordination (preferably in a similar position)
• Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDraw
