- Writing and archiving documents.
- Management of company documents (including contracts): registration, sorting, archiving, and keeping records.
- Receiving, sorting, and sending correspondence.
- Centralise various situations.
- Preparation of periodic reports.
- Keeping a record of inventory items and fixed assets throughout the company.
- Performing general clerical duties, including photocopying and mailing.
- Conduct periodic visits to our working site to ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations (SSM).
- Collaborate closely with our external health & safety provider, conducting joint monthly visits to assess and improve workplace safety.
- Complete detailed reports after each visit, identifying any issues and working closely with the designated personnel to ensure swift resolutions.
- Promptly report any instances of non-compliance to the appropriate health and safety representatives to maintain a safe working environment
