• Assisting with the pricing, planning and promotional strategies for the business
• Responsible for creating and curating the most exciting offer possible for the customer
• Maximize current stock profile through leveraging the activity calendar, working with the team, creating promos and events and email
• Assist Product Manager with new launch forecasts as and when required
• Create sales plans for every launch in collaboration with Supply Chain
• Working with the stores team to drive sales. Creating offers and edits for the email as well as home Page events and ensuring key pages look engaging for the customers
• Reviewing customer analytics, sales data and market understanding to create actionable strategies to drive profitable sales
• Assisting the Category Manager in the creation of long-term strategies, looking for category and brand gaps, agreeing and actioning strategies to maximize product opportunities
• Developing great relationships with brands and sellers to communicate trade and influence to drive sales and manage stock levels
• Understanding the market though comp shopping and knowledge of the range influence the Category manager and Sellers/brands to take sales driving actions
• Taking full ownership of a small area of the business and working with Category Manager and the wider business to maximize the sales opportunities
