Key responsabilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the MD, including handling and processing invoices, maintaining files, processing mail, and operating office equipment (fax, copier, etc.);
Coordinating and maintaining relationships with suppliers;
Organizing and managing various protocol activities;
Generating periodic reports in excel, written in Romanian or English;
Overseeing operational activities for developed properties;
Managing sales activities for developer's apartments.
