Job Description:
The Assistant Manager will play a key role in managing daily operations, overseeing projects, and supporting strategic business initiatives. The role involves financial management, contract negotiations, and team leadership, ensuring that company goals and customer expectations are met. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager and other departments to drive efficiency and improve team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient project execution and resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collection.
- Work closely with the accounting department to reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage budgets for projects and operational expenses, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Review and track contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Support the Manager in planning, executing, and delivering software development projects.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on project performance, team productivity, and business metrics.
- Ensure proper documentation of project workflows, business processes, and contract details.
