Assisting Restaurant Manager in Supervising Outlet operations
Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
Assist Guests throughout the day in all Food & Beverage related tasks
Stay current with all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special events
Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service
Train, evaluate, lead, motivate and develop the F&B team
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
Be environmentally aware
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Liaise with other departments to ensure Guests’ needs are met
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
