Descriere:

Support the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and monitoring of project tasks.
Manage project correspondence with the Beneficiary, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Draft, translate, and proofread official letters, reports, and technical documents in both English and Romanian.
Participate in project meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points.
Translate verbal communication during meetings or site visits as needed (Romanian ↔ English).
Monitor daily site activities and ensure that work progresses according to the approved schedule.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager, highlighting any delays, issues, or non-conformities.
Liaise with local authorities and ensure that the project adheres to Romanian construction laws and regulations.
Assist in preparing documentation for inspections, audits, and project milestones.
Organize and manage the Project Manager’s calendar, meetings, and site visit agendas.
Help in coordinating the activities of technical and administrative staff assigned to the project.
Identify and proactively resolve potential challenges related to project logistics, communication, or compliance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably on infrastructure or road projects.
Excellent command of English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of Romanian construction regulations and administrative procedures.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with multinational teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and familiar with project management tools.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.
