Main duties and responsibilities

Work closely with the Center Manager to achieve business goals
Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
Point of contact for clients / providers
Maintain accurate rental agreements and complete customer files
Office administration (consumables / supplies) use of software, filing and interpreting reports
Overseeing the timely and successful completion of the onsite subcontractors’ requests, daily walk throughs and conduct site inspections
Follow opening/closing and daily operational procedures assigned by the Center Manager

What we require from you:

Languages, Romanian and English
Adept time management and communication skills
1+ years of customer service excellence
Self-storage or property management experience preferred
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively and stay organized.
Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple tasks and responsibilities without compromising quality.
