You will join our software automation team (PLC, SCADA) mainly occupied with:
-You work out a functional analysis (FDS) in which you analyze the client's assignment (URD) ​​and find the most optimal solution for this
-Then you get to work with the PLC programming (Programming of PLCs: Rockwell, Siemens and Schneider Electric) and visualization (HMI interfaces). For this you use the customer's standard or our own Contec Software Standard.
-You also ensure the connection and data exchange of the PLCs with parent systems. This in collaboration with the MOM / MES department.
-After preparation and internal tests at the office, we simulate everything together with the customer during a FAT. They are invited to our offices for this, but it can just as easily be done via remote sessions.
Preparation of GAMP documents
-Then you go on site at the customer to test your work in reality (SAT) and fine-tune it
A DDS, drawing up manuals and training for operators and technicians are also part of the job description.
-If the customer wishes, we also provide aftercare for the services we provided them.

You always do all this in close collaboration with your project coordinator and your team.
