• Resolves customer's inquiry through inbound calls/chat/ portal tickets/ emails;
• Performs outbound calls to clarify the issue, set expectations and/or to expedite or validate resolution of the issue;
• Manages /impersonate account of customers to walk through customer account online;
• Provides professional, timely, and accurate delivery of service to all customers;
• Processes transactions for relevant business processes in various systems and tracking tools;
• Processes billing requests;
• Demonstrates understanding of the customer's business needs or market and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
