What you'll be doing:
* It is level 2 scaling for complex situations encountered by Pluxee card users, situations that require longer analysis. To this end, ask the card users, through call center agents, for additional information about the difficulties encountered
* Deals with beneficiary complaints received from within the company, external partners or from authorities, investigates the situation, interacts with other departments if necessary and provides an answer to the beneficiary, respecting internal processes and procedures;
* Participates in taking decisions on how to deal with beneficiaries' complaints/requests and in communicating them to beneficiaries or other interested persons in the company; Participates in the implementation of projects specific to the department to which it belongs, especially those related to the activity it carries out;
* Makes proposals regarding the optimization of daily activities, proposals for automation and simplification of operations;
* Offers support for beneficiaries on Social Media platforms.
