What we are looking from you
Must haves:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field of study
- Minimum work experience of 3 years in a related field of study
- Proven work experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proven work experience with accounting software
- Fluent in English and Romanian (oral and written)
- Be able to communicate with multiple clients and suppliers on the phone and email, be polite and effective
- Reply to emails in a timely manner

Advantageous but optional skills:
- Experience with SPV, SAGA or SmartBill software or willing to learn- Minimum Knowledge of logistics (Incoterms: DAP, CIF, Ex Works etc.)

About the Job
In STV, you will be working as a Back Office Assistant. This job involves direct communication with our clients via emails and phone calls regarding the quantities of the commodities that they want to buy, the date of deliveries and any issues or delays that arise during this trades. Additionally you will be in contact with the transport companies and our accounting office.

Additional info:
- 9:00 to 17:00 (Monday-Friday) (office hours)
- This is an on-site job. Our offices are located in Sector 3, Piata Alba Iulia Area, Bucharest
- Starting month: September- October.
