Stonelio specializes in supplying finishing materials such as natural stone (including cutting and detailing services), ceramics, porcelain stoneware slabs, porcelain fa ade cladding, porcelain raised flooring, parquet flooring, mosaics, terracotta, sanitary fixtures, mirrors, and accessories, among others.

We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations.

Job Description:

As a Back-Office Assistant at Stonelio], you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Quotations: Preparing Offers based on data given by the Manager.
Data Entry: Accurately entering and maintaining data in databases or spreadsheets.
Filing and Documentation: Organizing and securely storing both physical paperwork and electronic documents.
Inventory Management: Tracking and managing inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
Logistics: Coordinating with factories, overseeing shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods.
Invoice Processing: Reviewing and processing invoices for timely and accurate payment.
Documentation Compliance: Ensuring that all documentation meets legal requirements and standards.
Prioritizing Tasks: Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing them efficiently, and meeting deadlines.
Time Management: Efficiently utilizing your time to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues to maintain smooth processes.

Qualifications:

The English Language is a must.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in back office or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
