Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the product recall team;
  • Manage internal documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping of recall activities;
  • Monitor responses to recall notifications and ensure timely follow-up with relevant parties;
  • Assist in the design and continuous improvement of recall processes, ensuring they are efficient, streamlined, and compliant with industry standards;
  • Collaborate with the team to provide updates and resolve any issues related to recalls or field actions.

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • University degree;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German desirable);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
  • ERP Systems knowledge (preferably SAP);
  • Previous experience of 2-3 years in an administrative, back-office, or support role, preferably within a quality assurance or product recall environment;
  • Familiarity with product recall processes and aftersales operations is a plus;
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills;
