Your daily responsibilities will include:

• 
  
  
• 100% backoffice activity
  
  
• Reviewing videos and judging videos/ accounts in accordance with the ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂client's ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂processes, policies and guidelines
  
  
• Handle and assess sensitive and potentially distressing content with empathy and professionalism
  
  
• Responding to the client's inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
  
  
• Liaising with the client's internal teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production
  
  
• Provide accuracy reports on a regular basis
