Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Sales:

• Greet and engage customers in an authentic and personal manner, creating a genuine connection.
• Perform personalized consultations to determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products and routines.
• Encourage customers to test products in-store and perform indulgent ritual demonstrations to create delightful moments.
• Seek opportunities to cross-sell and highlight best sellers in a customer-centric way.
• Increase customer loyalty by inviting customers to join our VIP program, explaining current promotions, and offering samples and additional services.

Store Operations:

• Participate in daily store operations: assist with stock replenishment, ensure the store and backroom are spotless, apply merchandising recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing the store.
• Prepare the daily cash register.
• Handle cash and POS transactions.
• Issue invoices upon customer request.

Self-Development:

• Attend training and coaching sessions, and complete digital training modules.
• Proactively develop knowledge: expertise in skin care, fragrance, hair care, product lines, fulfillment services, and beauty and selling techniques.Share best practices with colleagues and seek to achieve both individual and collective objectives.
