Our client, FI&S BV, is looking for a blending/packing employee to join their team in Maastricht, the Netherlands!FI&S provides food processing companies with tailored food technology solutions, focusing on developing, producing, and delivering custom blends while addressing customer challenges. Their expertise spans various technological functions, including structure, texture, binding, coating, yield optimisation, enhanced shelf life, taste, and colour. These solutions add value to their customers' products by improving economic efficiency, customer satisfaction, product quality, process consistency, safety, reliability, and overall appearance.Main ResponsibilitiesLift and move spice bags to load them into the mixing machine;Operate blending and packing equipment with precision and care;Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process;Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment;Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines;Work overtime when needed (more than 40 hours per week possible);Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.The starting salary for this position is €13.68 gross per hour for individuals aged 18 and older, excluding a 10.5% holiday allowance and compensation for irregular holiday hours, paid weekly.
