Responsibilities:

• Offering travel support through e-mail, phone and chat for our business customers;
• Advising customers on travel products such as flights, trains, ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀rental cars, hotels via Amadeus;
• Assisting travelers during unexpected travel difficulties, e.g., flight delay, bad weather, etc;
• After-sales support for customer inquiries, e.g., cancellations, complaints, rebooking;
• Communication is done almost exclusively by e-mail (only under special conditions this is done by phone (outbound); e.g. If their flight is cancelled due to bad weather conditions/ flight delay).
