Main Responsibilities:
Represent the VEO Board locally, ensuring the implementation of strategic decisions, procedures and values within the Constanta branch;
Oversee HR and administrative functions for the local office, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
Manage relationships with local suppliers, negotiate contracts and oversee project planning to maintain site efficiency;
Drive local recruitment initiatives, organizing recruitment events and building partnerships to attract the right talent for our team;
Ensure seamless communication with all internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations;
Ensure the site’s infrastructure, technical resources and personnel align with the established budget and company standards;
Respond promptly to urgent or unexpected situations, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
