Main responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the positioning of the brands in the portfolio;
Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to execution and evaluation;
Work closely with content, digital, and sales teams to ensure message and marketing goal alignment;
Analyze the market and competition to identify growth and differentiation opportunities;
Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic reports to evaluate results;
Manage marketing budgets and optimize available resources.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in marketing or brand management;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset;
Creativity and initiative in developing marketing campaigns;
Higher education in marketing, communication, economics, or related fields.
