Main responsabilities:
• Design, define, implement and monitor the marketing strategy and programs for the sales force, the medical division, the distribution channels and the final consumer
• Maintain and enhance the brand's identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all channels and touchpoints.
• Conducts market research, establishes the price strategy, as well as the ATL and BTL campaigns to promote the allocated portfolio, and opportunities for brand growth.
• Define and refine the positioning of products or services within the market, emphasizing their unique value propositions.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including advertising (special focus on offline campaigns), PR, social media, and other promotional activities, to build brand awareness and drive sales.
• Is responsible for implementing all marketing activities for the allocated portfolio and monitoring the results
• Manage the brand's budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve marketing objectives while controlling costs.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Performs market visits for the follow-up of the marketing campaigns implementation and for identifying new opportunities
• Conducts and sustains product trainings for sales and medical teams
• Periodically, presents to the Board, respectively to the producer, the requested reports and analyzes
• Developing and maintaining relationships with product suppliers
• Maintaining the relationship with Key Opinion Leaders
• Managing marketing budgets
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs in order to drive market growth
• Work with marketing and advertising agencies to make sure they’re respecting the brand purpose and guidelines throughout every communication
