Cerinte


3+ years experience in Brand Management

Exceptional project management and attention to details

Data driven mindset with experience using competitive analysis, user research and inustry trends to create marketing initiatives that convert

Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful marketing campaigns and product launches

Previous experience in digital (search, CRM, e-commerce)

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, advanced user of MS Office package.

Experience in FMCG is preferred.


Responsabilitati


Leads the annual local Brand Plans and calendars for strategic brands in line with Z-EUR Brand Plans.

Acts as cluster representative for one of the region's leading brands.

Continuously builds expertise on Innovation / Renovation process.

Works to identify local opportunities, proposes, gets local approval from cross-functional team, initiates and follows-up on the process.

Has an in-depth knowledge of products from a nutritional point of view and conducts product training for veterinarians, customers and team members.

Develops a deep understanding of consumer / buyer behaviors, the competitive environment and its implications on the Brand, both online and offline.

Follows the performance indicators of the category, including market coverage, volume, value, level of penetration / impact, level of brand awareness.

Initiates briefs to Z-EUR for local communication projects. Ensure implementation after approval aiming for Z-EUR best practice recognition.

Coordinates regional campaigns or initiatives.

Builds the annual media briefing in line with Brand Plans and available budgets.

Manages high level of investments and compelx calendar of initiatives.

Monitors the prices of own products and competition products and signals changes and proposes actions in line with the Brand's objectives.
