Main responsibilities



Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company's market share in Romania.
Enhance and manage the sales channels within the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify potential customers and drive new business opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain CRM systems efficiently.
Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.


Key Requirements



Graduated from a university with a degree in Engineering, Economics, or Administrative Sciences.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the energy sector.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales.
Fluent in Romanian and English.
Business development and sales channel improvement in Romania.
Customer relationship management (CRM).
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM software.
Strong presentation and persuasive skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Researching, planning, and organizational skills.
Driving License.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
