• National Coverage: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new operations openings in additional locations such as Brasov, Sibiu, Arad, and Oradea, leveraging these as strategic advantages.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the logistics sector, building relationships with clients across industries.
• Partnership Building: Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure long-term business growth.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research and stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• KPI Management: Define and monitor KPIs related to business growth, revenue, and the occupancy of our logistics facilities.
