Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field
  • Proven sales and business development skills with a track record of success
  • Experience in the restaurant or food industry (Sales at a distribution company is preferred)
  • Familiarity with delivery platforms like Bolt, Glovo, or Tazz is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities to identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to evaluate campaign performance and guide strategic decisions
  • Knowledge of online platforms and industry trends to effectively sell SaaS products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Descrierea jobului

Growdash is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team in the Bucharest. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with restaurants, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

This is a hunter role, targeting mid and large chains and brands in the HoReCa industry. We are looking for someone with deep knowledge of the industry, who understands the challenges faced by restaurant businesses and can navigate them smoothly to create valuable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the restaurant industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on mid and large chains in the HoReCa sector
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute business development plans
  • Understand the needs and challenges of the restaurant industry, offering solutions through Growdash's SaaS platform
  • Present and demonstrate the platform's value to potential clients
  • Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals
