Candidatul ideal
As a Business Development Representative for traumatological, orthopaedic, and spinal surgical products and instruments, you will play a vital role in expanding our presence in the healthcare market in Bucharest. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our extensive range of medical products. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry while contributing to our company's growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (Medical background is an advantage).
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Fluency in both English and Romanian is required.
Hungarian language knowledge is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven personality.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the medical field.
Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our medical products to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
Attend industry conferences and trade shows to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.
Keep up to date with industry trends and market developments to stay competitive.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, report on actual results.
Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives, prepare and review the annual budgets.
Analyse competitors’ activities and formulate strategies to respond to these.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
