The Application Development and Maintenance department is looking for a new member, as part of our Business Intelligence team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Implementing complex BI solutions for SCC customers.
• Participate in design and implementation of Data Warehouse systems.
• Design and implement ETL processes.
• Design, develop and deploy new reports and dashboards as per existing requirements.
• Amend existing reports and dashboards from report repository.
• Manage report schedules and distribution lists.
• Perform data correlation and cross checks.
• Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable BI technical knowledge assets.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience in building visualizations and dashboards using data visualization tools.
• Good understanding of database concepts and relationships.
• Working knowledge of business system analysis and requirements definition.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements and business intelligence.
• Good understanding of Data Warehouse concepts.
• Ability to write SQL queries, stored procedures.
• Ability to design complex reports and dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in data modelling, data profiling, data quality analysis, Extract Transform and Load (ETL).
• Experience in Power BI and/or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus.
• Experience in developing ETL packages using SSIS/Data Factory/Synapse Analytics is a plus.
