Overview:

The Business Operations & Development Manager plays a strategical role in driving the company's business growth and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing strategic initiatives, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring that the company’s goals are met.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of business operations.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Availability to travel worldwide according to new business projects.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across various departments.
Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Process Improvement and Project Management:
Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to enhance operational performance.
Implement lean management practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
Develop project plans, assign resources, and monitor progress to achieve project goals.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management:
Manage and mentor a team of business professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
