What are the requirements?

Advanced knowledge of working with PC, especially MS Office with an emphasis on Excel and Word, and experience with other systems is an advantage
Carefulness, consistency, punctuality, proactivity, openness, interest in learning new things, and flexibility
Excellent communication skills - openness in calls with clients ( Customer support experience is nice to have)
Romanian is your native language, but English is no problem for you either
Friendly, positive energy

What will be your responsibilities?

Administrative support of the sales team
Preparation and processing of documents in MS Office
Creating, editing and checking the status of created profiles of salons
Preparation of reports, statistics, and work in the CRM system
Entering pricelists from salons into internal systems and CRM
Telephone communication with the salons in order to complete their information
Communication with other team members across the department
