We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the research, design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of new and existing systems, as well as the creation of innovative software solutions.  You will collaborate closely with other software engineers, program managers, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions within expected timeframes.  If you are a top-level software engineer, passionate about software development and leadership, we want to hear from you!   Your contribution: Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications. Provide technical support to project team members. Lead and direct the work of others, providing consultation on complex projects. Exhibit a high degree of creativity and latitude in your work. Observe deadlines and strive to exceed expectations. Assist the Project Manager in creating work plans and schedules; generate task lists for engineers as needed. Conduct task analysis and work estimations; identify dependencies and risks. Provide technical direction for tasks and input on code design and architecture. Employ proper programming techniques, documentation, testing, and review processes. Ensure the consistency and quality of programming outputs on a daily basis. Ability to use extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals. Effective problem-solving skills. Fluency in C/C++ and an advanced understanding of algorithms and data structures. Advanced understanding of software design paradigms and best practices in day-to-day tasks.
