Bachelor's degree



Very good English skills



Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)



Excellent communication and analytical, problem-solving skills



Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines



Strong time management and collaboration skills



Experience with SAP will be preferred


Responsabilitati


As a CEET Invoice Management Team Leader at P&G you will be responsible to source materials/services by building expertise in external industries, sourcing skills, and internal categories/markets. Responsible for the coordination and execution of sourcing activities, managing internal and external relationships, and ensuring the business needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities include defining and executing sourcing recommendations with basic proficiency in all sourcing skills; accountability for delivery of fundamentals such as supply assurance, value creation, and compliance to policies; determining insights from analytics and recommending strategic interventions; ownership for defining and executing of sourcing tactics, including stakeholder alignment and external communication; leading projects on defined intervention areas (savings, technical, cost structure, relationship, stewardship).
